Okay, so I want cake…\u00a0 Sounds simple enough, unless you’re a Programmer and<\/strong> you’re me!\u00a0 Okay, so what kind of cake…<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Chocolate Cake
\nDevil’s Food Cake
\nRed Velvet Cake
\nWhite Cake
\nYellow Cake
\nAngel Food Cake
\nButter Cake
\nCoffee Cake
\nOh, maybe a simple Pound Cake…<\/p>\n

I think I’ll have a good, old fashioned yellow cake AND I think I have a Yellow Cake Mix avoiding the dreaded trip to the supermarket which is another story.\u00a0 I’ll need eggs…\u00a0 I wonder, it just says eggs.\u00a0 I have large eggs BUT maybe I should get medium eggs… does it matter?\u00a0 Well, I have eggs, water (hmmm, what’s with the water and not milk?) and butter or margarine, a choice?\u00a0 Are you kidding? \u00a0I could debate the pros and cons of butter vs. margarine till next year!\u00a0 I’ll just go with butter, I want the cake today.<\/p>\n

Hmmm, the picture shows icing!\u00a0\u00a0What good is cake without icing?\u00a0 I think I want cream cheese icing, I happen to love that icing.\u00a0 Oh, now I have to change the cake to chocolate… cream cheese icing on yellow cake not working for me.\u00a0 Settled, finally, Chocolate Cake with Cream Cheese Icing or maybe I should consider Carrot Cake.\u00a0 Wait, Carrot Cake not even on the list so Chocolate Cake it is.\u00a0\u00a0Of course, no Chocolate Cake Mix so now this requires a trip to the supermarket.\u00a0 Opening my Grocery List database<\/a> to add Chocolate Cake Mix to my growing list which means a trip to the supermarket.<\/p>\n

You know what… this has turned into work and\u00a0all I want is some cake!\u00a0 Hmmm,\u00a0I have a better idea, I’ll \u00a0go next door to my neighbor and ask him *nicely* to bake me a cake.\u00a0 He loves to bake cakes (and I’m just saying that)!\u00a0\u00a0And they are not just any cakes… they are cakes that look to good to eat!\u00a0 (You’ve probably already scrolled down to see the pictures!)\u00a0 Just in case you wondering…\u00a0\u00a0right now he only bakes for friends and neighbors which is bound to change in the future!\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0But for now, being a neighbor, I can have my cake and eat it too!<\/p>\n

Sneakers… The Birthday Girl who wears sneaker 99% of the time, with pairs in every imaginable color.\u00a0 She was so in love with this cake, I’m not sure it was actually eaten!<\/p>\n
